The harvest only accepts a submission from a signed-in account, so that a contribution carries the name of the person who sat the paper. Signed out, the form will take your text and the send will be refused. Log in or create an account first.

The question harvest

Just wrote your Post UTME? While it is still fresh, drop the questions you remember here. Real students remembering real questions is how our Post UTME bank grows · and how the students after you get exactly what you wished you had.

Every submission is reviewed by a tutor before it ever reaches other students.

Why the harvest exists

JAMB, WAEC and NECO release their papers, so those banks can be collected. A university sets and marks its own screening and publishes nothing afterwards. The only people who can say what was on the paper are the candidates who sat it.

What makes a submission usable

  • One question per send. After each one the form keeps the school name and clears the rest, so the next question is ready immediately.
  • The school and the question are the only required fields. The options and the answer are optional · a question you remember without its options is still worth sending.
  • Write the options as they appeared, in their original order and with their letters. A tutor has to line your answer up against them.
  • Give the answer only if you are sure. A confident wrong key is worse than a blank one, and this field is cut to four characters and forced to capitals.
  • Name the institution plainly · UNILAG, OAU, UNIBEN. A person reads that field and decides which school's bank the question belongs in, so a department or a campus name slows it down.
  • Length is trimmed, not rejected. 120 characters of school name, 1,000 of question, 600 of options. Anything past that is cut off quietly, so keep the question itself inside a thousand characters.

What happens after you send

  1. The submission is stored as pending. Nothing you send reaches another student at that moment.
  2. A tutor reads it and either approves or rejects it.
  3. Approval is not publication. An approved question is then entered into the question bank properly · with its school, its options and an answer a tutor has checked · rather than appearing on its own.
  4. From there it is one of the questions that school's room deals: Practice, 30 questions with the answer and the explanation after each one, and CBT mode, 40 questions in 30 minutes. Both draw from that school's pool only, not from every university at once.

The harvest is not scored. A submission earns no points and no place on the leaderboard. What it earns is a bank that is there for the candidates sitting the same paper next year.

Where it lands

The rooms you are feeding

Every school with a room on LockInPoint holds its own open practice and its own timed CBT · both drawn from that school’s bank alone. The notes and videos a room links to are the one Post UTME hall, shared by every school. Go into the room for the school whose paper you just sat and you can see the bank you are adding to.
